Platformax CRM mobile application does 2 things.
1. It allows you to track calls you make on your mobile phone to Platformax CRM web application
2. You can start calls / initiate calls from Platformax web application
The purpose of tracking calls to the CRM is to have a historical log of all the calls you had with your client (e.g. when did you call this client, how long was the call, what did you talk about etc.)
The ability to dial calls directly from the web application allows you to start calling your clients (and logging those calls) without having to invest in any IP PBX telephon system (or even more expensive traditional telephony).
